Community Partners

We work with other housing organizations in our area in order to expand our impact and our capacity for building more homes. These organizations work with interested applicants to become financially qualified to obtain an affordable mortgage and be successful homeowners. 

Champlain Housing Trust

Champlain Housing Trust (CHT) and Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity (GMHfH) help income qualified households to become homeowners. Through this partnership, new homes are built by GMHfH and then sold through the Shared Equity Program at CHT. 

Downstreet Housing & Community Development

We work with Downstreet Housing and Community Development to help low-income houeholds become homeowners. Applicants work with Downstreet and GMHFH through their Shared Equity Program.
