Estate Gifts

Donor-Advised Funds (DAFs)
Recommend a grant to Green Mountain Habitat for Humanity through your donor-advised fund. DAFs provide a convenient and flexible way to give while maximizing tax benefits.
Land Donations
Land is the foundation of every home we build. Affordable building lots are hard to come by in Northwest Vermont. If you know of a piece of land that could be donated or sold, or a home that needs to be torn down and rebuilt, please contact David Mullin, CEO.
Donate a Vehicle
Our Green Mountain Habitat ReStores also accept vehicle donations. For more information on vehicle donations and their potential for tax-deductions, please visit our vehicle donation page. Through our vehicle donation program, proceeds from your donated vehicle help fund our home-building efforts.
Advocate for Affordable Housing
Help us create lasting change by advocating for policies that support affordable housing. Speak with local leaders, participate in community discussions, and raise awareness about the need for safe, affordable homes in Vermont. Your voice can make a difference in ensuring that everyone has a place to call home.
Volunteer Appreciation
We could not do what we do without our amazing volunteers. Consider assisting us with volunteer appreciation efforts and events through donations of snacks or other items. Some examples include:
